The project

Background & objective

The company, which operates in the electrical appliances industry, is in the midst of a digital and sustainable transformation. In recent years, the company has already developed a vision, mission and strategic goals. Now, the company wants to take the lead in technology and innovation in its market in order to make its product portfolio future-viable and to grow successfully as an organisation.
