Researcher
Anne Becker-Mironici has been working as a researcher in the Crowd Innovation Unit since June 2017, initially for the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW in Leipzig. Since January 1, 2025, the unit has been part of Fraunhofer ISI in Leipzig. Previously, she was a project manager at a crowdinvesting platform, where she was in charge of campaign management for crowdfunding projects. She has worked on several successful crowdfunding projects, including the crowdFANding projectss, now in its fourth successful run, which has won the Thuringian Innovation Award in the Audience Award category and the Central German Fundraising Award in Silver. As part of the BMBF project “Financing the Transfer of Research Findings into Applications with a Social Impact”, she is working with the TransferFinanz team to develop a contemporary financing model to facilitate the transfer of research results with the potential for social change from non-university research institutions. In this context, she successfully supported the first crowdfunding campaign “Greenup Sahara” within the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft. Anne Becker-Mironici is also a member of the Förderkreis Gründungs-Forschung e.V..
