Studied psychology and political science in Vienna, Münster and Frankfurt from 2010 to 2015. Master's thesis in psychology on digitalisation in banking. From 2016 to 2020, research assistant at Darmstadt University of Technology with a focus on organisational research and human-technology interaction and doctorate on organisational resilience in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. In 2017, she held a lectureship in organisational psychology at the RFH Cologne. In 2019, she was a research fellow at the Rotterdam School of Management. Since 2020, she has been a research associate at the Competence Center “Sustainability and Infrastructure Systems“.
