Researcher
Jacqueline Zimmermann has been a researcher in the Innovation Policy and Transfer Design Unit since January 2023, initially for the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW in Leipzig. Since January 1, 2025, the unit has been part of Fraunhofer ISI in Leipzig. Here, she is researching various transfer incentives in research institutions as part of the Transentive project. In the GENESIS project, she has various roles from UX design to interviews and event management.
Previously, she worked as a research assistant in a start-up that offers applied futurology for large companies, SMEs and institutions. She completed her Master's degree in Economics and Political Science at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and in Milan. Her master's thesis focused on a policy comparison of social housing in Germany, Italy and Austria.
