Researcher
Elsa Rumpf has been working as a researcher in the Innovation Policy and Transfer Design Unit since May 2021, initially for the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW in Leipzig. Since January 1, 2025, the unit has been part of Fraunhofer ISI in Leipzig. Previously, she worked as a research assistant in a research project to investigate sanctioning practices in the German Hartz IV system under the direction of the Wuppertal Institute for Business Research and Organizational Psychology. Elsa Rumpf studied psychology at Medical School Hamburg and at University of Wuppertal. During her master's degree, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Work, Organizational and Business Psychology at University of Wuppertal.
