Ann-Kathrin Dieterle

Ann-Kathrin Dieterle has been working as a researcher in the Innovation Policy and Transfer Design Unit since March 2024, initially for the Fraunhofer Center for International Management and Knowledge Economy IMW in Leipzig. Since January 1, 2025, the group has been part of Fraunhofer ISI in Leipzig. Prior to this, she worked as a research assistant at Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (HTWK Leipzig) in a research project on "Digital Transformation in the Saxon Economy" and the university's own start-up consultancy "Startbahn 13".

Ann-Kathrin Dieterle has been working on her doctorate at Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg and HTWK Leipzig since 2020. In her doctoral thesis "The Role of Inter-organizational Cooperation for Resilience: An Analysis of Organizational Processes, Strategies, Practices, and Sources", she is researching the development of organizational resilience in established companies, including innovation strategies. She studied economics and cultural and media education in Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony and Ireland.
