Dr. Sven Wydra

Sven Wydra studied Economics at the Hohenheim University, Germany; and received his Master degree in 2004. From 1999-2004, he was Junior Researcher at Hohenheim University, Stuttgart, Germany and Gotheburg University, Sweden. He wrote his doctoral thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in Karlsruhe, Germany, and received his PhD from the Hohenheim University, Germany, in 2009. Since 2005, Sven Wydra has been Senior Researcher and Project Manager at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in Karlsruhe, Germany.  He has been coordinating the Business Unit "Life Sciences and Bioeconomy" within the Competence Center since May 2014 within the Competence Center “Emerging Technologies”.
