REALLOCATE seeks to promote climate-neutral, safe, and smart cities in the EU by developing integrated and inclusive sustainable urban mobility strategies for diverse communities. The project adopts a city-driven approach to assist urban areas in transitioning to climate neutrality, emphasizing zero-emission and human-centered mobility. It aims to enhance sustainable transport through a systematic integration of urban design, technology, and behavioral insights. REALLOCATE will tackle safety issues at over six major road intersections and improve safety in four school zones and ten urban districts across ten EU cities. The initiative aims to reduce air and noise pollution while increasing green spaces, in accordance with local Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMPs). The effectiveness of the implemented strategies will be assessed through innovative monitoring systems and community engagement.
