The ERA Scoreboard is proposed to monitor progress towards ERA objectives at the Union level, with regular updates assessing overall consolidation and collective advancement of ERA priorities. It is designed to present only aggregated data at the Union level. A more detailed ERA Dashboard is recommended for monitoring progress at the national level. This involves a comprehensive combination of relevant input, outcome,  and impact indicators, along with qualitative analyses tailored to the specific circumstances of Member States and aligned with ERA priorities. To ensure accountability, a review of ERA policy agenda implementation by the Commission is scheduled every 18 months. This includes the preparation of a report for the Council, providing an overview of the status of implementation to steer the ongoing ERA Policy Agenda (EU-level ERA Report). Individual country reports will be developed accounting for the progress in each country. Methodological improvements on the framework and indicators (Methodology Reports) will support the further development.
