Peipei Yang obtained her bachelor degree and master degree in Management Science and Engineering in China. She obtained double PhD degrees: one in Innovation Management from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (China) and the other in International Business from Aalborg University (Denmark). Her doctoral theses focused on the impacts of institutional logics on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
In November 2022, she joined the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in Karlsruhe as a postdoctoral researcher in the Competence Center Innovation and Knowledge Economy (CCI). Since November 2024, she has been working as a researcher in CCI. Her research interests include innovation management, public policy, institutions, and multinational enterprises in emerging economies.
