Jana Hack is working as a research associate in the Energy Technologies and Energy Systems department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research since November 2024.
Before joining Fraunhofer ISI, Jana Hack developed an LCA model for urban development as a research associate at the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. Prior, she worked in political consulting at adelphi in the area of resource efficiency and circular economy.
After studying textile management, she completed a master’s degree in Sustainable Innovation (M.Sc.) at the University of Utrecht including a semester abroad in geography and also studied Geoinformatics at the University of Salzburg.
