Strategic intelligence for transformative STI policies
On June 24, 2024, Dr. Michael Keenan will be a virtual guest at Fraunhofer ISI with his lecture “Strategic intelligence for transformative STI policies”.
The Fraunhofer ISI lecture series bundles exciting topics from the Fraunhofer ISI portfolio and offers opportunities for discussion and exchange at regular intervals.
Abstract
The OECD has recently launched its Agenda for Transformative STI Policies, which provides a high-level framework to help governments reappraise their STI systems and policies to ensure they are “fit-for-purpose” to contribute to desirable transformations.
The Transformative Agenda focuses on ten areas of STI policy, including the provision and use of strategic intelligence for policymaking. The lecture will introduce the OECD’s Transformative Agenda and will present future directions and possible actions for strategic intelligence provision and use.
