Abstract

The 6th Assessment of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change IPCC appeared last year. The new working period of the IPCC is moving forward, while climate change has been visible in many parts of the world in the past year.

Diana will take a brief look back to the last IPCC report (6th AR), then give insights into the forthcoming programme and main subjects for the IPCC, the intended work structure and time frame for the coming work, expected outputs, as well as potential knowledge gaps where research organisations and scientists, students may contribute and support the IPCC.
