Philine Warnke joined the ISI Competence Center Innovation and Technology Management and Foresight in 2008. From 2005-2007 she was working as senior researcher within the “European Foresight” group of the European Commissions' Joint Research Centre Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS). Her educational background is in mechanical engineering but since her PhD she is working within a framework of interdisciplinary science and technology studies (STS). Between April 2011 and April 2012 she has been the coordinator of the ISI Foresight team and deputy head of the Competence Center.
